1950’s Gibson and Sons Staffordshire England Ironstone Platinum & Green Teapot
A beautiful early 1950’s Gibson’s earthenware, platinum gilt, and light green 4-cup teapot with lid in absolutely “excellent condition” Illustrated with daisies and hanging bell flowers in cream, it has survived with no chips, cracks, or nips to distract from the beauty of this long-lived item. The item has very minimal scratches that are only visible on very close inspection and do not detract at all. The inside is beautifully clean with no tanin residue and would make a fine functional or just beautiful decorative display piece.
